AEON Specialized Bank (Cambodia) Plc. announced the successful go-live of Temenos T24 R24 on June 17, 2026, marking the completion of a core banking transformation delivered in partnership with Conscala. The new platform replaces the bank's legacy core, providing a modern, scalable foundation to strengthen operations and accelerate the delivery of digital financial services across Cambodia.
The programme migrated AEON Specialized Bank from its legacy core banking environment to Temenos T24 R24, one of the industry's leading core banking platforms. The transition positions the bank to process transactions more efficiently, streamline day-to-day operations, and build new products and digital services with greater speed and confidence. Conscala served as implementation partner across the programme, bringing core banking delivery expertise to the migration.
AEON Specialized Bank (Cambodia) Plc. is part of AEON Financial Service Co., Ltd. and the wider AEON Group, and offers loans, cards, installment financing, and digital financial products to customers across Cambodia.
"While our core system migration presented significant challenges, the dedicated efforts of our implementation partner, Conscala, have brought us to a successful go-live. We look forward to this new foundation driving our future digital growth," said Tomohiro Usami, Managing Director, AEON Specialized Bank (Cambodia) Plc.
"We are honoured to have partnered with AEON Specialized Bank on this core banking transformation," said Gajanana Bhaktha K, Director, Conscala Pte. Ltd. "Delivering a successful migration to Temenos T24 R24 reflects the strength of our collaboration and a shared commitment to a modern, resilient banking platform for Cambodia. We congratulate the AEON Specialized Bank team on this achievement, and we thank our local partner, First Cambodia, for their support throughout the programme. We look forward to supporting the bank's continued growth."
