SERC Spotlights Securities Market Growth at 6th Investor Forum

On August 5, 2026, the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), in collaboration with Royal Group Securities Plc. (RGS), and with the participation of the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX), organised the 6th Investor Forum for the managements and officials of regulators and units under the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (FSA) on “Long Term Investment in Securities Market”.

The forum was held under the high presidency of H.E. Sou Socheat, Director General of the SERC, and H.E. Bou Tharin, Director General of Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR), alongside H.E. Seang Thirith, Deputy Director General of the SERC and Seng Chan Thoeun, CEO of RGS.

Approximately 100 participants attended the forum, comprising members of management and officials from regulators and units under the FSA, such as the General Secretariat of FSA, Insurance Regulator of Cambodia, Social Security Regulator, Trust Regulator, Accounting and Auditing Regulator, Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator and Internal Audit Unit of FSA.

The purpose of the investor forum was to showcase the progress of the securities sector, the investment opportunities within the Cambodian securities market, as well as the actual practice of stock trading through the CSX Trade application.
