Metfone Promotes Social Responsibility Through Partnership in Cambodia’s Anti-Drug Awareness Campaign

By supporting the 2026 International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking commemorative event organised by the National Authority for Combating Drugs (NACD), Metfone continues to demonstrate its commitment to working alongside the Royal Government of Cambodia in community initiatives that promote public awareness and help build a safer, healthier society.

As part of the activities marking the 2026 International Day Against Drug Abuse, Metfone partnered with the NACD in organising the commemorative event held at Koh Pich, Phnom Penh, under the theme: "Addressing Drug Problems Through New and Innovative Approaches". The event brought together representatives from government ministries, development partners, national and international organisations, as well as a large number of young people and members of the public. Together, they reinforced the importance of raising awareness and encouraging collective action in preventing and combating drug abuse.
