"Fish Kebab"

Hello everyone.How are you all? I am fine by the grace of almighty. Hope you are also fine.


First of all, I would like to thank @jimiaera02 for organizing such a wonderful contest. Today I am back with the challenge of making kebabs. Today's kebab is the popular Fish kebab. Everyone likes to eat something delicious with tea in the winter evening. In our family, the evening time is like a food festival. Because this time, people try out pakoras, chops or different types of kebab recipes. Especially in the evening, everyone likes to eat such foods. And the fish kebab that I have made today is always very good for me.


It is especially seen that many people do not want to eat fish due to fear of thorns. And if this fish is prepared in a different process and the problem of thorns is reduced, then everyone likes to eat it very much. I made this recipe two days ago. And everyone was very happy after eating it. Especially my son liked it very much. Because he is always used to eating such fish kebabs or different types of chops. He especially likes kebabs made with vegetables. Anyway, without further ado, I shared the recipe with you today, I hope you like it.

Ingredients required for making Fish Kebab

Step-1

First I put the Chana dal in the pan. It was soaked for 5 hours before and then I washed them well. I added whole spices. Then I added the salt and others spice powder 2 tsp


Step-2

Then I added the cutted onion, ginger and garlic paste, two cups of water and Oil.


Step-3

At this step, I marinated the fish. In this case, I mixed ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chili, and cumin together and rubbed it on the fish. Then I fried the fish well in oil.


Step-4

I blended the boiled chana dal in a blender. And when the fish cooled down, I used the fish bones to break it into pieces.


Step-5

Then I added chopped onion, chopped green chilli, blended lentils, coriander leaves and kebab masala to this battered fish. I also beat an egg and mixed it well.


Step-6

Then I made all of them in the shape of kebabs. Next, I heated the oil well in a pan. Then I fried the kebabs.

The first problem in making fish kebabs is to take fish that has been cut. And to get rid of this problem, I used fish with less thorns. Since we all eat pangasius fish, that is what I used. And my son also likes fish kebabs quite a lot. I have been making different types of fish kebabs before. As such, I have not faced any problem. Fish kebabs are not only wonderful to eat, but also have many nutritional properties. Because many times it is seen that not everyone can eat fish for cutting. If kebabs are made in this way with thorns, then not only is it delicious to eat, but we can also get the nutritional properties of the fish.
