អនុក្រឹត្យស្ដីពីការកំណត់កម្រៃសេវាអត្តសញ្ញាណកម្ម

នៅថ្ងៃទី០៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាបានសម្រេចចេញនូវអនុក្រឹត្យថ្មីមួយដែលផ្តោតលើការកំណត់ប្រភេទសេវាអត្តសញ្ញាណកម្ម ដែលមិនតម្រូវឱ្យបង់កម្រៃសេវា និងប្រភេទសេវាដែលតម្រូវឱ្យបង់កម្រៃសេវា។

អនុក្រឹត្យនេះត្រូវបានចុះហត្ថលេខាជាផ្លូវការដោយសម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក្នុងគោលដៅពង្រឹងគុណភាពនៃការផ្តល់សេវាសាធារណៈជូនដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅទូទាំងប្រទេស។ គោលបំណងសំខាន់គឺដើម្បីរៀបចំយន្តការគ្រប់គ្រងសេវាអត្តសញ្ញាណកម្មឱ្យមានភាពច្បាស់លាស់ ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវប្រសិទ្ធភាព ស័ក្តិសិទ្ធភាព តម្លាភាព និងគណនេយ្យភាពខ្ពស់បំផុតក្នុងការបម្រើសេវាជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។

ការបែងចែកប្រភេទសេវាដែលឥតគិតថ្លៃ និងសេវាដែលមានកម្រៃនេះ នឹងជួយសម្រួលដល់ការងាររដ្ឋបាល និងការគ្រប់គ្រងទិន្នន័យអត្តសញ្ញាណកម្ម ព្រមទាំងធានាបាននូវការប្រមូលចំណូលមិនមែនសារពើពន្ធសម្រាប់ថវិកាជាតិ ដែលនឹងត្រូវប្រើប្រាស់សម្រាប់ជាគុណប្រយោជន៍ដល់ការកសាង និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សង្គមជាតិ។ វិធានការថ្មីនេះនឹងផ្តល់អត្ថប្រយោជន៍យ៉ាងច្រើនដល់សាធារណជន ដោយជួយកាត់បន្ថយភាពមិនច្បាស់លាស់ក្នុងការស្នើសុំសេវាផ្សេងៗពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងអត្តសញ្ញាណកម្ម។ លើសពីនេះ វាក៏បង្ហាញពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងការធ្វើកំណែទម្រង់រដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពស៊ីវិល័យ និងឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការជាក់ស្តែងរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងយុគសម័យឌីជីថល។

New Sub-Decree Defines Paid and Free Identification Services
