The expansion project of National Road 7, connecting Skun to Kampong Cham City with a total length of over 45 kilometers, has been completed and is scheduled for an official inauguration soon. Passing through Cheung Prey, Prey Chhor, and Kampong Siem districts, the road has been upgraded from two to four lanes to alleviate traffic congestion and improve road safety. This infrastructure enhancement is expected to serve as a vital economic artery for Kampong Cham province, facilitating smoother transportation and fostering regional development. Local authorities noted that the project is now ready to serve the public and support the growing logistics needs in the area.
