លោក ហេង រតនា បង្ហាញភស្តុតាងពីការបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញរបស់ទាហានថៃលើសម្បត្តិវប្បធម៌ខ្មែរ

រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ លោក ហេង រតនា អគ្គនាយកមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសកម្មភាពកំចាត់មីនកម្ពុជា (CMAC) បានចេញមុខលាតត្រដាងនូវអ្វីដែលលោកហៅថាជា "ល្បិចពុតត្បុត" របស់ភាគីថៃ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញសម្បត្តិវប្បធម៌ និងការបន្សល់ទុកនូវគ្រាប់យុទ្ធភណ្ឌមិនទាន់ផ្ទុះក្នុងទឹកដីកម្ពុជា។ លោកបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ទោះបីជាមានការព្យាយាមប្រកែក ឬទម្លាក់កំហុសពីសំណាក់ភាគីថៃយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ ក៏ភស្តុតាងជាក់ស្តែងនៅតែបង្ហាញឱ្យឃើញពីទំហំមហន្តរាយដែលបង្កឡើងដោយសកម្មភាពយោធាថៃនាពេលកន្លងមក។ លោកបានលើកឡើងពីការខូចខាតលើប្រាសាទបុរាណ និងគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដែលបន្តយាយីដល់អាយុជីវិតប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាពីសំណាក់គ្រាប់បែកមិនទាន់ផ្ទុះ ដែលត្រូវបានប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលជម្លោះព្រំដែន។ ការចេញមុខអះអាងនេះ ធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងការបំភ័ន្តព័ត៌មាន និងដើម្បីឱ្យសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិបានយល់ដឹងពីការពិតនៃប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រដែលកម្ពុជាបានរងគ្រោះ។ លោក ហេង រតនា បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា ការថែរក្សាសម្បត្តិវប្បធម៌ និងការបន្តសកម្មភាពបោសសម្អាតមីន គឺជាការងារអាទិភាពដើម្បីធានាសុវត្ថិភាពជូនពលរដ្ឋ និងការពារអត្តសញ្ញាណជាតិឱ្យបានគង់វង្ស។

PHNOM PENH: Mr. Heng Ratana, Director General of the Cambodian Mine Action Centre (CMAC), has publicly addressed historical grievances regarding the destruction of Cambodian cultural heritage and the remnants of unexploded ordnance left by Thai forces. He characterized the denials from the neighboring side as "deceptive tactics" intended to shift blame for past events. The CMAC chief asserted that despite attempts to distort the facts, physical evidence on the ground clearly demonstrates the scale of the disaster. He pointed to the damage inflicted on ancient temples and the lasting impact of unexploded munitions on the safety of Cambodian citizens, particularly those living near border areas where conflicts previously occurred. This disclosure aims to provide the international community with a clearer understanding of the historical challenges Cambodia has faced. Mr. Heng Ratana emphasized that the mission of CMAC remains focused on demining and protecting the nation's cultural treasures, ensuring that the history of these events is accurately preserved for future generations while securing the safety of the population.
