តាមរយៈក្រសួងការបរទេស កម្ពុជាបានប្រកាសជំទាស់យ៉ាងដាច់អហង្ការចំពោះភាគីថៃ ដែលនៅតែបន្តសាងសង់ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធនានាដោយខុសច្បាប់នៅលើទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ដែលយោធាថៃបានវាយលុកកាន់កាប់កាលពីឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ សំណង់ទាំងនោះរួមមានការកសាងព្រះពុទ្ធបដិមាយ៉ាងតិច៣៦អង្គ ព្រមទាំងការដំឡើងបង្គោលទង់ជាតិចំនួន២ នៅតាមតំបន់មួយចំនួនក្នុងខេត្តព្រះវិហារ និងឧត្តរមានជ័យ។ អ្នកវិភាគនយោបាយបានចាត់ទុកសកម្មភាពរបស់ថៃថាជាការរំលោភបំពានយ៉ាងគឃ្លើនលើបូរណភាពទឹកដីកម្ពុជា និងច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ដោយមិនខ្វល់ពីស្មារតីនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងបទឈប់បាញ់ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឡើយ។
