កម្លាំងនគរបាលស្រុកបសេដ្ឋ ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ បានធ្វើការឃាត់ខ្លួនជនសង្ស័យចំនួន ២នាក់ កាលពីវេលាម៉ោង ៦:១០នាទីព្រលប់ ថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ខណៈដែលពួកគេកំពុងធ្វើសកម្មភាពលួចសម្ភារៈការពាររន្ទះពីបង្គោលអង់តែនសេវាទូរស័ព្ទ។ យោងតាមរបាយការណ៍ពីសមត្ថកិច្ចបានឱ្យដឹងថា នៅពេលឃើញកម្លាំងសមត្ថកិច្ច ជនសង្ស័យបានព្យាយាមរត់គេចខ្លួន ប៉ុន្តែត្រូវកម្លាំងជំនាញឡោមព័ទ្ធចាប់ខ្លួនបានភ្លាមៗ។ ក្រោយពីការនាំខ្លួនមកសាកសួរ ជនសង្ស័យទាំងពីរនាក់បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថា ពួកគេពិតជាបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពលួចសម្ភារៈ និងឧបករណ៍តាមបង្គោលអង់តែនពិតប្រាកដមែន ហើយលើសពីនេះ ពួកគេក៏ធ្លាប់បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពបែបនេះជាច្រើនលើកច្រើនសារមកហើយនាពេលកន្លងមក។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន ជនសង្ស័យទាំង ២នាក់ រួមជាមួយវត្ថុតាង ត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនទៅកាន់អធិការដ្ឋាននគរបាលស្រុកបសេដ្ឋ ដើម្បីកសាងសំណុំរឿងតាមនីតិវិធី បញ្ជូនទៅកាន់តុលាការចាត់ការតាមច្បាប់។

Police in Borsedh District, Kampong Speu province, arrested two suspects on the evening of July 13, 2024, after they were caught attempting to steal lightning protection equipment from a telecommunications tower. The arrest occurred at approximately 6:10 PM. According to local authorities, the suspects tried to flee the scene when they noticed the police, but their escape attempt was unsuccessful. During the subsequent interrogation, the two individuals confessed to the crime and admitted that they had successfully carried out similar thefts at various tower sites multiple times before. The suspects are currently being held at the district police station, where officers are preparing the necessary documents to refer the case to court for further legal action.
