រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំមួយកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសាលប្រជុំពន្ធនាគារខេត្ត ដើម្បីពិនិត្យលើសំណើសុំបន្ធូរបន្ថយ និងលើកលែងទោសដល់ទណ្ឌិតចំនួន ៧រូប ក្នុងឱកាសពិធីបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំថ្មីប្រពៃណីជាតិ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះដឹកនាំដោយលោក លី សុវណ្ណារិទ្ធ អភិបាលរងខេត្ត ដើម្បីវាយតម្លៃយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើលក្ខខណ្ឌរបស់ទណ្ឌិតនីមួយៗ ធានាឱ្យបាននូវតម្លាភាព ស្របតាមគោលការណ៍ច្បាប់ និងមនុស្សធម៌។

Banteay Meanchey provincial authorities convened on April 24, 2026, to review clemency and sentence reduction requests for seven inmates in celebration of the traditional Khmer New Year. Led by Deputy Governor Ly Sovannarith at the provincial prison, the committee thoroughly evaluated each petition to ensure fair adherence to legal and humanitarian principles, offering the inmates a second chance at rehabilitation.
