កម្ពុជា និងឥណ្ឌា ចុះហត្ថលេខាលើ MoU សម្រាប់គម្រោងថ្មីចំនួនពីរ ក្រោមក្របខ័ណ្ឌមេគង្គ-គង្គា

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ស្ថានទូតឥណ្ឌាប្រចាំកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងព័ត៌មាន បានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoUs) ដើម្បីអនុវត្តគម្រោងផ្តល់ផលរហ័ស (Quick Impact Projects - QIP) ចំនួនពីរថ្មីទៀត ក្រោមក្របខ័ណ្ឌនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមេគង្គ-គង្គា (MGC)។ គម្រោងទាំងពីរនេះ រួមមានការលើកកម្ពស់សមត្ថភាពបច្ចេកទេស និងសម្ភារៈសម្រាប់ទីភ្នាក់ងារសារព័ត៌មានកម្ពុជា (AKP) និងការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនូវប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយឌីជីថលសម្រាប់វិទ្យុជាតិកម្ពុជា (RNK)។ ពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខានេះ បានធ្វើឡើងក្រោមវត្តមានឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតឥណ្ឌាប្រចាំកម្ពុជា និងមន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់នៃក្រសួងព័ត៌មាន។ គម្រោង QIP គឺជាផ្នែកមួយនៃកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលឥណ្ឌា ក្នុងការគាំទ្រដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គមនៅកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈគម្រោងខ្នាតតូចដែលផ្តល់អត្ថប្រយោជន៍ដោយផ្ទាល់ដល់សហគមន៍ និងស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋ។ ចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០១៥ មក ឥណ្ឌាបានផ្តល់មូលនិធិសម្រាប់គម្រោង QIP ជាច្រើនក្នុងវិស័យផ្សេងៗដូចជា អប់រំ សុខាភិបាល កសិកម្ម និងការលើកកម្ពស់សិទ្ធិស្ត្រី ដែលបង្ហាញពីការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងទ្វេភាគីរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។

On July 10, 2024, the Indian Embassy in Cambodia and the Ministry of Information signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) for the implementation of two new Quick Impact Projects (QIP) under the Mekong-Ganga Cooperation (MGC) framework. The two projects are designed to enhance the technical and material capacity of the Agence Kampuchea Presse (AKP) and to upgrade the digital media systems for National Radio of Cambodia (RNK). The signing ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of India to Cambodia and senior officials from the Ministry of Information. Quick Impact Projects are part of the Indian government's commitment to supporting Cambodia's socio-economic development through small-scale initiatives that provide immediate benefits to local communities and public institutions. Since 2015, India has funded numerous QIPs across various sectors, including education, health, agriculture, and women's empowerment, reflecting the strong bilateral ties between the two countries.
