My Review of 'Atomic Habits' book
Atomic Habits s a book about how small habits can make a big difference in our lives. One idea from the book that stood out to me is that improving just 1% every day can lead to huge progress over time. This made me realize that success is not always about making big changes, but about doing small things consistently.
I also liked how the author explains that our habits shape our identity. For example, if someone reads a little every day, they slowly become a reader. This idea feels realistic because building good habits step by step is easier than trying to change everything at once.
