Malick Fofana, Pavel Šulc, and Afonso Moreira have rejoined the Olympique Lyonnais squad for Thursday’s home match against Celta Vigo in the second leg of the Europa League round of 16, as confirmed by Paulo Fonseca during a press conference. While they may not yet be ready to play a full 90 minutes, the prospect of their return as substitutes is great news for the Rhône-based team.

Fofana, who suffered an ankle sprain in the match against RC Strasbourg Alsace, is set to make his comeback after over 120 days on the sidelines. Šulc and Moreira, who have both been out since February, also join the returning lineup, bringing much-needed attacking strength to a team that has struggled in recent weeks.
