Sihanoukville: Our man on the (very wet ground) in Kampng Soam reports a serious deluge and widespread flooding after a storm hit on the evening on August 24.
UPDATE: Reports say 249 mm had fallen by 8pm
UPDATE: As of 7PM, 188mm was reported to have fallen. The city administration is appealing to residents to stay vigilant, keep in safe places and try to remain indoors, avoiding travel.
