Elders

People are growing old, so do their skills and experiences.

Among the community inside a tribe. Every important thing need to be discussed with elders,

not because elders are powerful, but because they have walked their life before us.

They know every single possiblity of life that youngers haven't encountered,

so elders are considered to be the life consultant for the people in the community.

The idea and decision they made is for the benefit of the community, 

because they have nothing to gain, as the community has one single destiny that share

everything together no matter big or small.
