Hierachy
When the community is small, no one want to lead others, everyone is equal,
everyone need to work hard, no one is left behind, all the food were shared.
But when community could gather food enough to store for long period of time,
the need for finding food which is the basic of survival is not neccessary,
so many people stop looking for food, but start to pursue their desire and dream.
The population growth, the inequally and the gap between multiple communities
distance, so community starts to invade one another for foods and properties.
The need for warrior begin, young individual from the community trained themself
to become warrior, killing enemy, protecting their community. Head hunting is not
a crime but a legacy to prove that they are strong to take down their enemy.
The more enemy heads they can cut, their reputation growth. They will be highly respect.
Beside elders in the community, different categories of leadership starts emerge.
Laws and control had been passed, the strong community will evolve into,
city, state or even empire. More complex community management
and maintenance is needed.
