What problem are Serey trying to solved?

According to the philosophy of Serey, the platform is trying to solve 3 main problems as shown above (Media centralization, Censorship, and low quality media). To give power to people, Serey is a public social media platform where people could share any information they want without any profiling, ads suggestion, search history, geography restriction, influencing, centralize point of view from any centralize authority. Which means all speechs, ideas, news are welcome from any person, race, background, religion, langauge.

We could see the multi-linguistic articles appear on serey, especially on the "Global" section where you could find people writing in Khmer, English, Espanol, Hindi ... There are the example of a global news that Serey platform could give freedom to the users.

One thing that need time to achieve is the last point "Low quality media", Serey has achieve a social media which gives incentive to the creators, publishers, users who are spending their time to create their content in the form of Serey Coin (SRY) and could be use to exchange into other cryptocurrenty such as bitcoin in the exchange or trading website, which means all the effort of the publishers are pay-off.  But still this is the new revolution of freedom of speech, that everyone could express their own thought and ideas but yet has not been trained and develop to do so. In the past news and media are based on the professional journalists with their writing skills, documentary skills, filming skills, later on the age of social media give power to the public where everyone is the eye and ear of the society, with your simple smartphone you could also be the journalist. More and more homemade journalists exists everywhere in the world, but what they all lack is the professional skills and legacy journalist used to have. So this are the things that we need to improve, learn to write, learn to express idea, so that one day everyone could become a real journalist, quality content creator, and share useful information to the public as well as getting incentive that you all deserved.

Starting from reading, writing, expressing and building this skills, eliminate any fast and easy way of copy paste, plagiarism, spam, scam. Starting doing something that belongs to you, start building your own life quality, and sooner or later you will be proud of what you have done, it is not easy, it takes time, but it does not take long as much as you are thriving for.
