Thida: My bike has a flat tire. Can you fix it for me?

Dad: Sorry, I am busy now. I will do it tomorrow.

Bora: Bory, we don’t have any salt.

Bory: Oh, we don’t? I will get some from the shop. (She decides at the time of speaking.)

Mom: Can you fix Thida’s bike? It has a flat tire.

Dad: Yes. I know. She told me. I am going to fix it tomorrow.

Bory: I am going to get some salt from the shop. (she has already decided)

Can I get you anything, David?

  1. San will probably arrive at 8 o’clock. (We just guess.)
  2. I think Jin will like the gift you bought for him.

  1. Look at those black clouds. It is going to rain. (the clouds are there now)
  2. I feel terrible. I think I am going to be ill. (I feel terrible now.)
