Kandal Province: Five young suspects involved in a motorcycle robbery were arrested by police four days after the crime. The successful arrest was the result of a coordinated operation between the Ang Snuol District Police in Kandal province and the Pur Senchey District Police in Phnom Penh. According to police reports, the group of gang members had previously ambushed a woman and stolen her motorcycle before fleeing the scene. Following a detailed investigation and tracking, authorities were able to pinpoint the group's location to a rental room where they were hiding. The joint operation led to the apprehension of all five suspects. They are currently being held in custody, and police are preparing the necessary legal case files to refer the suspects to the Kandal Provincial Court for further legal proceedings.
