ក្រសួងការងារធានាអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ជូនកម្មករនៅបន្ទាយមានជ័យ និងបង្ហាញពីឱកាសការងារថ្មីៗជាច្រើន

ក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ បានចេញមុខធានាការពារសិទ្ធិ និងអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ស្របច្បាប់ជូនដល់កម្មករនិយោជិតនៃរោងចក្រ សហគ្រាសចំនួន ៣ ក្នុងខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ ដែលកំពុងរងផលប៉ះពាល់ពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមនៅតាមព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ដែលបណ្តាលឱ្យថ្លៃដឹកជញ្ជូនមានការកើនឡើង។ ក្រសួងបានបញ្ជាក់ថា មន្ត្រីជំនាញកំពុងតាមដានយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ ដើម្បីធានាថាបងប្អូនកម្មករនឹងទទួលបានការទូទាត់ប្រាក់ឈ្នួល និងអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ផ្សេងៗគ្រប់ចំនួនតាមច្បាប់ការងារ ប្រសិនបើមានការកាត់បន្ថយបុគ្គលិក ឬការផ្អាកដំណើរការណាមួយកើតឡើង។ វិធានការនេះធ្វើឡើងដើម្បីផ្តល់ភាពកក់ក្តៅ និងសន្តិសុខហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដល់កម្មករក្នុងអំឡុងពេលមានបញ្ហាប្រឈមផ្នែកភស្តុភារកម្ម។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ ក្រសួងការងារក៏បានបង្ហាញពីសញ្ញាវិជ្ជមាននៃកំណើនឧស្សាហកម្មក្នុងខេត្តផងដែរ ដោយបញ្ជាក់ថា បច្ចុប្បន្នមានរោងចក្រក្នុងស្រុកជាច្រើនកំពុងពង្រីកសង្វាក់ផលិតកម្ម ដែលបង្កើតឱកាសការងារថ្មីៗរាប់ម៉ឺនកន្លែង។ ក្រសួងបានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់កម្មករដែលចង់ផ្លាស់ប្តូរការងារ ឬស្វែងរកការងារថ្មី ឱ្យទាក់ទងមកទីភ្នាក់ងារជាតិមុខរបរ និងការងារ (NEA) ដើម្បីទទួលបានព័ត៌មានការងារក្នុងតំបន់ដែលកំពុងមានតម្រូវការខ្លាំង។

The Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT) has stepped in to guarantee the legal rights and benefits of workers at three factories in Banteay Meanchey province that have been adversely affected by border-related logistics issues with Thailand. The ministry's intervention comes after these enterprises faced increased operational and transportation costs due to recent border tensions. Ministry officials emphasized that they are closely monitoring the situation to ensure that all employees receive their full compensation and benefits according to the labor law, should their employment be disrupted. This move aims to provide financial security and peace of mind to the affected workforce. In addition to these protective measures, the Ministry highlighted a positive trend in the province's industrial sector. While some factories face challenges, many others are expanding their operations. Currently, there are tens of thousands of job vacancies available in various newly established and growing factories within the region, offering a robust safety net for workers looking for new employment opportunities. The MLVT encourages workers to utilize the National Employment Agency (NEA) services to find suitable new roles.
