Making fun and delicious khichdi




Friends, how are you all? I hope you are well, and I am well too, Alhamdulillah. Today, I am pleased to present a great recipe to you. Today I will make Khichuri, but with lentils. Additionally, to make this Khichuri, I have used a special type of thick rice that is renowned in our area for its use in Khichuri. Let me share with you what ingredients I used to make this Khichuri, and what the process was like.


Required materials 👇🏾

●Rice

●lentils

● mung beans

●onion

●bay leaves

●green chilies

●salt

●turmeric powder

●dried chili powder

●cumin powder

●ginger

●garlic paste

●white oil


The Process of receipe

🟫 Step 01



🍜First, I took a large amount of rice and lentils and put them in a bowl.

🍜Then I put a clean pot on the stove and fry the chopped onion and green chilies in oil.

🍜Then add a little water and all the powdered spices, along with ginger paste and garlic paste.

🍜Then I'll take about two to three minutes and grind the spices well.

🍜Once the spices are ground, I will add the washed rice and lentils here.

🍜Then I will fry the spices, rice, and dal well for five minutes.

🍜Then I will add the measured amount of water and check the salt, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for half an hour.

🍜After half an hour, when I lift the lid, I will see that my khichdi is done.

🍜And now it's time for dinner. Plate the hot khichdi and prepare the atmosphere for serving.
